Through her speaking engagements, Heather also advises organizations concerned about decreased productivity and employee engagement, empowering their workforce to create safe spaces for everyone to thrive. Following her passion for humanitarian work, Heather previously lived in the Dominican Republic, where she volunteered through Rotary International, and worked as a teacher for a baseball academy run by the former VP of the NY Yankees. She continues to be involved in regular humanitarian projects in the Dominican Republic through her local Rotary Club.
