  1. Clear out your closet. Get rid of the clothes that don’t fit you anymore and you will notice the way you change the way you address yourself every time you see your closet.

  2. Make sure you speak positively. Our choice of words, especially the way we describe ourselves can go a long way to determine the way we are self-empowered.
