1.     How is a CDLP any different than a regular mortgage lender? •

What 3 actionable takeaways can you give women that they can do to enhance their journey from beginning.

1.     Make sure you know what credit tradelines you have combined with your spouse or ex-spouse. Work on getting EVERYTHING separated.

2.     Alimony or Child Support need to be proven with 6 months on-time receipt before you can try to qualify for a mortgage using that income.

3.     If at all possible, talk to a mortgage professional BEFORE signing a separation agreement! I can help you make sure what you're agreeing to - especially regarding the marital home[s] is actually feasible.
